Insta-Designs provides AI-assisted and designer-supported interior design services delivered digitally. Our services include layout concepts, design visualizations, and related digital design outputs based on information and materials provided by the client. All services are delivered electronically, and no physical goods are shipped.
3. User Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information including room dimensions, images, preferences, and design requirements. Insta-Designs is not liable for inaccuracies, delays, or unsatisfactory outcomes resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the user.
4. Account and Access
To access certain features, users may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Insta-Designs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms.
5. Payments and Pricing
All prices for services are displayed clearly before checkout. Payments are one-time and non-recurring unless explicitly stated, and are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. By completing a payment, you authorize Insta-Designs to charge the applicable fees for the selected service.
6. Refunds and Cancellations

7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, designs, visuals, and materials generated by Insta-Designs remain our intellectual property until full payment is completed. Upon successful payment, clients are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the delivered designs for personal or commercial purposes. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or unauthorized reproduction of designs without written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Service Limitations
While Insta-Designs strives to provide high-quality design outputs, results may vary due to subjective preferences, technical limitations, or dependency on third-party tools and platforms. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, regulatory approvals, or financial results from the use of our services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insta-Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services. In all cases, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
10. Modifications to Terms
Insta-Designs reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or business operations. Updates will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of Insta-Designs services shall be subject to the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
