Overview

Insta-Designs provides digital, customized interior design services delivered electronically. Due to the nature of our services, refund eligibility is limited and subject to the conditions outlined below. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Digital Services Policy

All services offered by Insta-Designs are digital and personalized based on client inputs. Once a project has been initiated, resources are allocated and design work begins. As a result, refunds are generally not applicable after service initiation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Payment was successfully completed, but the service was not initiated due to a verified technical issue on our platform.
  • Duplicate payment was made for the same service due to a system or processing error.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to verification.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • The design process has already started or deliverables have been generated.
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference or subjective design taste.
  • Delays or issues caused by incomplete, incorrect, or delayed information provided by the client.
  • Failure to review project requirements or service details before completing the purchase.

Revisions Instead of Refunds

Insta-Designs is committed to client satisfaction. Where applicable, we encourage clients to utilize the revision options included with their selected package. Revisions are the primary method for resolving concerns, rather than refunds, once design work has begun.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must contact our support team with a detailed explanation of the issue. Requests must be submitted within a reasonable time after purchase and before the service has been initiated.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
