Overview
Insta-Designs provides digital interior design services that are delivered electronically. This Delivery Policy explains how, when, and where project deliverables are provided after a successful purchase. By using our services, you agree to the delivery terms outlined below.
Delivery Method
All design deliverables created by Insta-Designs are delivered digitally. Completed designs, layouts, and related materials are made available through the client dashboard associated with your account and, where applicable, via your registered email address. No physical items are shipped under any circumstances.
Delivery Timeline
Initial design concepts are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours after the required project information has been submitted and payment has been successfully completed. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the selected plan, project complexity, volume of requests, or delays in receiving required inputs from the client.
Revisions and Final Delivery
Insta-Designs offers revision options as part of select service packages. Final design deliverables are provided after all included revisions have been completed and approved by the client. Additional revisions beyond the included scope may require extra time or incur additional charges.
Client Responsibilities
Timely delivery of designs depends on the client providing accurate, complete, and prompt project information, including measurements, reference images, and preferences. Delays caused by missing or incorrect information may extend the delivery timeline and are not considered a service failure.
Delays and Exceptions
While Insta-Designs makes every effort to meet stated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to technical issues, high demand, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, clients will be informed of revised timelines where applicable.
Delivery Confirmation
A delivery is considered complete once the design files are uploaded to the client dashboard or successfully sent to the registered email address. Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables promptly and notifying Insta-Designs of any access or download issues.
