What is Insta Design?
Insta Design is an AI-powered interior design platform where professional designers and smart AI work together to deliver personalized interior designs quickly and affordably.
How does the design process work?
You choose a plan, upload your room photos, and share your preferences. Our designers create concepts using AI assistance, which you can review and request revisions for before receiving your final designs.
How long does it take to receive my designs?
Depending on your plan, initial concepts are delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Final designs are shared once revisions (if any) are completed.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Each plan includes a specific number of revisions. If a submission is rejected by QC, you can update your inputs and resubmit the project through your client dashboard.
What rooms or spaces do you design?
We design bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, home theaters, kids’ rooms, bathrooms, offices, and many other residential and commercial spaces.
Do I need to create an account before payment?
No. Your account is automatically created after successful payment. Login credentials are sent to your registered email address.
What payment methods do you support?
We currently support card payments via Stripe for USA customers. Additional payment options (including regional gateways) may be added in the future.
Can I purchase multiple plans?
Yes. You can buy additional plans at any time using your existing account. Each purchase is treated as a new project.
Is this a one-time payment or subscription?
All plans are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges unless explicitly stated.
